At SellNoz, we believe safety and clarity are just as critical as great marketing tools. We built this platform as an omnichannel digital assistant to help store owners effortlessly curate scripts, schedule product updates, and coordinate listings across modern social systems.

We know that your data is your most valuable asset. This policy is written in plain, friendly, and straightforward English so that you can understand exactly what credentials we use, how we protect them with production-grade encryption, and how you remain in complete, absolute control. We do not hide behind complex legal jargon because true trust starts with transparency.

Exactly What We Collect

We only collect the absolute minimum amount of information required to help you build and publish your catalogs. Nothing more.

A. Account Profiles
  • • Email address & Name: Used strictly to identify you securely via Firebase Authentication and send you operational system alerts or invoices.
  • • Core Settings: Your saved preferences, product lists, scripts, and schedules stored on your SellNoz dashboard.
B. Connected Social Metadata
  • • Instagram Handles & IDs: The public username (e.g., @my_shop) and numeric identifiers for the Instagram Business Account where your posts go.
  • • Facebook Page Details: Linked Facebook Page names and token strings requested via Meta OAuth to coordinate permissions securely.
C. Shopify Store Data
  • • We pull product titles, descriptions, images, and store name from connected Shopify stores via OAuth; this data is used solely to generate and sync optimized listings back to the merchant's own store.
  • • We do not access customer data, order history, or financial information from Shopify.
  • • Store owners can disconnect and request deletion of this data at any time via the same deletion terminal linked elsewhere on this page.

How Your Data is Used

We use your collected credentials solely to perform task operations that you explicitly trigger and authorize. We never run background processes to use your accounts without your consent.

Executing Content Deployments: Standard publishing calls to place product photos, description write-ups, or announcements directly on your selected feeds.

Catalog Tracking: Polling connected channels to verify that specified updates were posted correctly so you see accurate status dashboards.

Merchant Authentication Safety: Verifying accounts belong to the correct user to keep other operators from claiming your Instagram handles.

Instagram & Facebook Integration Specifics

When connecting SellNoz to Meta Platforms via secure OAuth logins:

  • We request explicit permissions (such as instagram_content_publish, pages_read_engagement, and pages_show_list) strictly to enable the post-management screens in your application dashboard.
  • We NEVER use your Facebook account to read personal friend circles, message streams, login logs, or gather secondary platform stats.
  • We retrieve and use long-lived Page and user tokens strictly to authenticate the publish pipelines you configure. These tokens are handled exclusively as sensitive credentials.

Payment Processing & Security

For secure subscription processing and license fulfillment:

  • Our payment processing is handled by a certified Merchant of Record (MoR) provider
  • Our payment processor operates as the legal seller of SellNoz subscriptions and handles all billing, tax compliance, and payment security on our behalf
  • Your card numbers, bank details, and billing information are handled entirely through our payment processor's PCI-compliant servers
  • SellNoz NEVER stores, reads, or caches your unencrypted credit card information on our servers
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with international payment security standards

Surgical Encryption & High-Protection Security

We deploy multiple tiers of secure protection to wrap and guard your information assets:

AES-256 PROTECTION

Long-lived Page keys, user passwords, and Meta Access Tokens are immediately encrypted using robust AES-256 protocols preceding backend storage.

SSL SECURE COMMUNICATIONS

Every transmission between your web application, our cloud, and the standard Meta Graph service uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS 1.3 tunnels.

SANDBOX FIRESTORE HOUSES

User collections are segmented securely within Google Cloud's sandbox Firestore service, guarded by strong, granular, identity-aware security rules.

Our Absolute Zero-Sharing Pledge

This is short, simple, and direct: We do not sell, rent, lease, buy, trade, or share your data with advertisers, third-party analytics warehouses, or external marketing scripts under any circumstances.

Any access token, handle configuration, or system profile you save inside SellNoz remains private to your profile node. Your data is purely utilized to make your store marketing work smoothly and efficiently.

Your Legal Choices & User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of where you reside globally, we grant you absolute, uncompromised control over your private records. Here are your persistent rights:

1. The Right to View (A. 15 GDPR)

You can fetch an immediate export file detailing all configured listings, handles, and basic account profile entries.

2. The Right to Erasure (A. 17 GDPR)

You can request that we instantly and permanently erase all social access tokens and account records from our live systems.

Content Safety & NSFW Restrictions

To maintain platform integrity and in alignment with international safety standards, SellNoz enforces a zero-tolerance policy against sexually explicit material.

"Users are strictly prohibited from using SellNoz to generate, create, or request any sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or adult content. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension."

All AI content generation and processing pipelines are subjected to real-time filters and moderation checks. Violation logs are flagged and subject to manual audit resulting in instant termination of access without a refund.

Instant Automated Data Deletion & Revocations

In strict compliance with Meta Developer Guidelines, you carry the right to permanently revoke authentication credentials or purge your cached profile instantly. Use our integrated automated control center to trigger an index purge with a single submission:
